No Community Education Class This Fall

As you have no doubt seen, there has been a lot of information in the news regarding the virus and its effect on K-12 and higher education. Being a part of both the Redondo Beach Unified School District and the Manhattan Beach Unified School District, as well as the fact that our classes are held on the campuses of schools in both those school districts, the South Bay Adult School is impacted as well. Regardless of age, the health and welfare of ALL students (young and seasoned) in both districts are our first concern.

However, given the current climate, I am sorry to announce that we will not be holding Community Education classes this fall. When school campuses are safe to reopen based on guidance from the LA County Office of Education and the LA County Department of Public Health we will reexamine holding classes. Please continue to check our website (www.southbayadult.org) for the latest information and when we are able to return, we will be posting information both there, as well as on our social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter).

In the meantime, if you have any questions regarding the program, you can call us in the South Bay Adult School office at 310-937-3340. Thank you and stay well.
