I'm the instructional lead teacher and help support teachers and students. I have been teaching since 2003 and have taught all levels of English as a Second Language (ESL) as well as ABE classes. My passion is to allow students to realize their potential and reach their dreams.

Someone once said, "It's not about being perfect. It's about effort. And when you bring that effort every single day, that's where transformation happens. That's how change occurs." I believe in the transformation that occurs in students who show up consistently, learning and growing, and progressing toward their goals. I tell students to work on progress, not perfection.
